FSANZ invites written submissions on the assessment of the following application via the FSANZ Consultation Hub by 11:59pm (Canberra time) Thursday 03 July 2025.
General procedure
- A1288 - Thermolysin from Anoxybacillus caldiproteolyticus Rokko as a processing aid: this application seeks permission for the enzyme thermolysin to be used as a processing aid for protein hydrolysis in: dairy foods, egg, meat, fish, yeast, protein concentrates and isolates, and brewing.
