FSANZ is seeking submissions on application A1288. this application seeks permission for thermolysin from Anoxybacillus caldiproteolyticus Rokko to be used as a processing aid for protein hydrolysis to process dairy foods, egg, meat and fish, protein concentrates and isolates, yeast and in brewing. Submissions are due by 11:59pm (Canberra time) Thursday 03 July 2025 through the Consultation Hub.
