Monsanto, the Applicant for Application A524 - Food derived from Herbicide-tolerant Wheat MON71800, has advised FSANZ on 17 June 2004 that it was withdrawing its Application. FSANZ will notify the withdrawal of the application formally to the public in its next Notification Circular, to be released in early August. All submitters and interested parties to Application A524 will be individually advised of its withdrawal at that time
