FSANZ is re-establishing its Laboratory Panel for food analysis services. The Panel will support bi-national (Australian and New Zealand) surveillance and monitoring of the safety of the food supply, and maintenance of FSANZ’s food and nutrient databases, for an initial term of five years with the option to extend.
The request for tender (RFT) is available on AusTender.
The RFT is open to Australian and overseas commercial suppliers. The Panel is intended to operate as a multi-agency access arrangement, allowing eligible Commonwealth, state, territory and local government entities to access it.
FSANZ may publish questions and answers, and other updates relating to the RFT on this page during the submission period.
Submissions are due by 2:00 pm AEST (Canberra local time), 13 July 2026.
