FSANZ is seeking submissions on application A1318. This application seeks permission for the use of new enzyme processing aids derived from genetically modified E. coli BL21, to produce the steviol glycoside rebaudioside M. Submissions are due by 11:59pm (Canberra time) Tuesday 20 May 2025 through the Consultation Hub
