A1338 - Triacylglycerol lipase from Komagataella phaffii (gene donor: Yarrowia lipolytica) for use as a processing aid

This application seeks to permit the use of the enzyme triacylglycerol lipase as a processing aid to hydrolyse lipids during the manufacture of dairy-based products and plant-based dairy analogues.
