apply to change
the Food Standards Code whether they are an individual, organisation or company.
You can also check the status of an application by viewing the FSANZ Work Plan which is updated regularly to reflect timing and any upcoming consultation opportunities.
The executive summary of an application will be placed on the website after an administrative assessment is completed and the application has been accepted onto the work plan. When the call for submissions occurs, the main application will be placed on the website. However, if a request for access to an application is made before this time the application will be provided. Supporting information such as raw studies or references will be available to the public on request at any time. Material that is too large to be placed on the website will continue to be available on request.
Large documents may be unavailable due to file size restrictions. In these cases, contact email@example.com to organise a CD to be sent to you. Visit our Information Publication Scheme page for more information.
Applications published on our website may contain material owned by a third party. If you wish to re-use third party material, you may need to seek permission from the copyright owner.
