JB Nicholas and Son is conducting a recall of Premium Tasmanian Smoked Ham. The product has been available for sale at Hill Street Grocer Sandy Bay and Geeveston and Cygnet IGAs in TAS, and independent food retailers including IGA in VIC.

Problem
The recall is due to microbial (Listeria monocytogenes) contamination.
Food safety hazard
Listeria may cause illness in pregnant women and their unborn babies, the elderly and people with low immune systems.
