A1107– Asparaginase from Bacillus subtillis as a Processing Aid (Enzyme)

​The purpose of this Application is to permit the use of a new microbial source for Asparaginase sourced from a genetically modified strain of Bacillus subtilis for use in food production to reduce the risk of acrylamide formation.
