1.6.1 – Microbiological Limits for Food
1.6.2 – Processing Requirements
The Application and Proposal under which these amendments are made are as follows:
- Application A475 – Hexose Oxidase as a Processing Aid
- Proposal P251 – Uncooked Comminuted Fermented Meat
