Food Regulators’ Science Network Forum (SNF)

The SNF consists of upwards of seventeen core members, representing scientists from the food regulatory agencies of each jurisdiction, and convenes monthly via teleconference to discuss current and emerging scientific issues relating to food standards.

Scientific Workshop Series

In addition to regular meetings of the Science Network Forum (SNF), the Food Regulators’ Science Network will also involve a series of workshops. These planned workshops will be topic or discipline specific and will enable an open discussion of the scientific aspects of current topics relevant to FSANZ work.   Participation of appropriate Fellows, academics, board members, international experts and jurisdictions provides an excellent forum for in-depth discussion and information sharing on scientific topics identified through the Food Regulators’ Science Network such as data evaluation, nutrition, novel foods and contaminants.
