A concise paper publication containing data on the major nutrients for some 1,600 foods, expressed per 100 g edible portion. Based on Volumes 1-5 of COFA, this publication is targeted towards teachers and students in health sciences.

Australia’s major reference on nutrient composition for approximately 1,800 foods, expressed per 100 g edible portion of the food and per common household measure. It includes data on the major nutrients as well as fatty acids, amino acids,carbohydrate components and organic acids.
