The Nutrition Panel Calculator you seek to access, which incorporates the Australian Food and Nutrient Database for Nutrition Labelling - Release 3 (AUSNUT Special Edition (3)), is licensed only on the condition that you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, you should click on the box at the bottom of this page labelled ' Agree ', at which time the Nutrition Panel Calculator will be accessible by your computer. FSANZ alerts you to the inherent limitations in the Nutrition Panel Calculator. Food composition tables used in the Nutrition Panel Calculator contain nutrient data that is an average of nutrients in a particular sample of foods and ingredients, determined at a particular time. The nutrient composition of foods and ingredients can vary substantially over different batches, and between brands because of a number of factors including changes in season, processing practices and ingredient source in addition, the data files used in the Nutrition Panel Calculator were originally developed not for the purpose of calculating nutrition panels, but for evaluating public health data, where minor variations in values and the use of approximation have no significant impact.
You should be aware that given these limitations, the results generated by the Nutrition Panel Calculator will only ever be approximate in nature, rather than exactly reflective of your product's average nutrient composition. Nutrient data derived from analysis of a representative sample of your individual products would generally provide a more exact reflection of the average nutritional composition of your products.

Confidentiality
In order for the Nutrition Panel Calculator to operate, data you enter for a particular recipe will be stored until you start a new recipe or leave the Nutrition Panel Calculator. This data will then be deleted from the system and FSANZ will not store or retain it.
