Sunbeam has been informed by its Australian supplier of pistachio nuts that the pistachio nuts may be contaminated with the Salmonellabacteria. Symptoms of Salmonella poisoning are vomiting, diarrhoea and abdominal pain which persists for more than 24 hours. Any consumers concerned about their health should seek medical advice. This voluntary recall applies only to the above product with the nominated best before dates. No other Sunbeam product is affected by this recall.
