Proposal  P1006 – Remove commencement provision for certain special purpose infant formula (Section  95 Urgency – Approval)

The Board considered the Report for Proposal P1006 – Special Purpose Infant Formula and agreed to approve the draft variation to Standard 2.9.1.  The Board also agreed that the publication requirements under sub section 97(4) be carried out.
