The Board considered the extension of time for Application A561 – Phospholipase A1 as a Processing Aid (Enzyme) in accordance with the requirements of the FSANZ Act. The Board agreed, pursuant to section 35(2) of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991 ,to extend the time limit for Application A561 by 3 months to 10 August 2006.
